Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Shangri-La, Beijing, I had the pleasure of dining at AZUR, where I encountered a delightful fusion of French cuisine with Chinese influences. The Chef's innovative dishes were a true culinary masterpiece. The ambiance was equally enchanting, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complemented the gourmet experience. After a long day of exploring Beijing, I indulged in a refreshing drink at the Lobby Lounge, just a short stroll away. The concoction was expertly crafted, providing a much-needed moment of relaxation amidst the bustling city. I had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast at the executive lounge, where the spread was a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The array of options catered to diverse tastes, ensuring a fulfilling start to the day.Shangri-La Beijing exceeded my expectations in terms of culinary innovation and dining experience. Whether seeking a taste of French cuisine or a relaxing drink, the hotel's restaurants and bars offer a delightful journey for the senses.
